“Young Guns” delivers exactly what it promises – a rowdy, violent, and surprisingly entertaining Western that reimagines the Billy the Kid legend through a 1980s lens.
Emilio Estevez steals the show as the unhinged Billy the Kid, bringing manic energy and unexpected depth to the outlaw. The chemistry between the young cast (Kiefer Sutherland, Lou Diamond Phillips, Charlie Sheen) is electric as they transform from ranch hands to hunted fugitives.
